Wyoming Property Taxation is WTA's annual county-by-county report detailing the assessed value and mill levies for all Wyoming taxing jurisdictions. This booklet is one of the most referenced and sought-after tax documents in Wyoming. Wyoming Tax Summary

Your quick reference guide to Wyoming state and local government taxes. Each section includes the tax base, rate, exemptions, collection procedures, distribution revenue, and government agency contacts. This resource has been referred to as “the tax bible” by Wyoming legislators. The Wyoming Tax Summary is free to WTA members and available for sale for $25 each.

How Wyoming Compares
The Wyoming Taxpayers Association is pleased to provide How Wyoming Compares as a quick guide to Wyoming state and local finance. WTA calculated rankings from U.S. Census data released summer of 2008 for FY 2006 and data provided by Wyoming’s Department of Revenue. Combined state and local data, of course, provides a truly accurate comparative view of Wyoming and other states. Intergovernmental revenue and service delivery sharing blur state and local fiscal boundaries to the extent that an accurate perspective can only come from the broadest view possible.
